You will step into a comprehensive data center project in an organization focused on statistics and data. The assignment involves leading a program with several parallel sub-projects where the data center infrastructure will be transformed into a private cloud environment.

You will work in a complex environment with many dependencies, multiple suppliers, and both internal and operational stakeholders. To succeed, you need to be comfortable in the borderland between core operations and IT, with a good understanding of IT operations and infrastructure. Here, you will have a central role where you create structure, drive progress, and ensure that project goals are met with the right quality.

• Lead program management within a data center project with several parallel sub-projects.
• Drive the transformation of data center infrastructure to a private cloud environment.
• Coordinate work between multiple suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the organization.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on activities to ensure progress, quality, and delivery.
• Manage dependencies between IT, operations, and core business in a complex project environment.
• Take initiative and lead the work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

• At least one (1) year of documented experience since 2020 in program management within data center projects with multiple parallel sub-projects and collaboration with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• At least one (1) year of documented experience since 2020 in executing data center transformation to a private cloud environment.
• At least three (3) years of documented experience since 2020 in driving projects according to PPS or comparable project model.
• Good knowledge of IT operations and IT infrastructure.
• You work in a structured manner, drive the work forward, and create good collaboration in various contexts.

• Documented experience since 2022 in transforming raw data into quality-assured statistics.
• At least 1 year of documented experience since 2020 in other project management within IT operations and infrastructure than data center projects.
• At least 3 years of documented experience since 2020 in leading assignments within larger public administration with more than 500 employees.

• Permanent employment with Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
